Welcome! I’m Alex, a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and the owner of Alexandra Olsen Therapy, LLC. I take a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy, providing a safe and supportive space for self-exploration and personal growth.
I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with empathy, insight, and practical tools to foster lasting change and healing. My areas of expertise include life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, OCD, and relationship issues. I offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs and support you on your journey toward well-being.

Drawing from evidence-based modalities—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy—I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs. My work is also informed by a systems perspective, recognizing the impact of relationships and larger social dynamics on our experiences.
